    System Compatibility: When choosing a designer and/or editor for a project, it is important to consider system compatibility--hardware and software--with both one's own systems and that of one's service provider for design and editing. It's also essential to determine the specifications of one's end-use commercial printer before referring project for design and editing services.

    Crystal Images Design and Editing Services uses the following systems: Mac G4 with ZIP, CD, DVD, read and write capability, and external LaCie 250 GB HD, System 9.2.1 and System 10.3.9, Pagemaker 7.0, In Design CS, Photoshop 7.0. and CS-2, Illustrator CS-2. 35mm slide and flatbed scanning capability for photos/prints/art. HP 4-color inkjet and HP black and white laser printer, both utilizing Postscript drivers. Able to handle both Mac and PC files. Accept/deliver under 1 MB files via E-mail and larger files on CD or DVD.
